Objectives
Upon attending to this lecture the student is able to understand the characteristics of the main engineering materials.
Description
Modelling of engineering materials (e.g. metals, polymers, ceramics, composites, foams, biomaterials, geomaterials) and their Finite Element implementation.
Prerequisites
It is strongly recommended to visit the course "Material Mechanics" (first half in winter term) before this course (second half in winter term).
