2. MOR Doktoranden-Workshop
Informal meeting amongst young researchers in the field of model order reduction (MOR). The format: no presentations, no fixed agenda, just plenty of room for exchange and discussion!
The discussion topics will be determined by the participants themselves during the workshop. The exchange will take place both in small and large groups. The topical framework of the workshop comprises current open problems in MOR as well as the application of MOR for modelling and control of large-scale models of mechanical systems.
Organized within the Priority Program 1897 "Calm, Smooth and Smart" of the German Research Foundation (DFG – SPP 1897). Registration is open also to non-SPP 1897 participants.
Dates and accomodation
The workshop takes place from the 6th to the 8th of September 2017 in the Jugendherberge München-Park.
Accomodation will be provided in either 2-bed or 4-bed-rooms with full board.
